Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker – Milton Keynes

Make a difference every day with Neo-Sim Healthcare

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and caring individual looking for a truly rewarding career?

At Neo-Sim Healthcare, we believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people — and we’re looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing team in Milton Keynes.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, providing the support and care they need to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

About the Role

As a valued member of our care team, you’ll deliver one-to-one, person-centred care tailored to each patient’s needs. Working closely with our nurses and wider multi-disciplinary team, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients maintain their health, dignity, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks in line with individual      care plans.
  • Assisting with mobility, meal preparation, medication prompts, and other essential activities.
  • Building trusted, supportive relationships with patients and their families.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in a patient’s condition to the clinical team.
  • Promoting independence, comfort, and wellbeing in every aspect of care.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be travelling to visit patients in their own homes.

What We Offer

We’re committed to supporting and recognising the important work our care teams do. Alongside a competitive salary, we provide:

  • 28 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Contribution-based pension scheme
  • Life insurance
  • Private medical insurance (after qualifying period)
  • ‘Refer a Friend’ bonus scheme
  • Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities
  • Annual pay reviews

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from both experienced carers and those new to the care sector — what matters most is your passion for helping others.

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role is      desirable but not essential.
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a proactive approach to supporting patients’ needs.

Join Neo-Sim Healthcare and become part of a team that’s making a real difference — one patient, one home, one day at a time.
