Registered Nurse – Milton Keynes

Deliver exceptional one-to-one care with Neo-Sim Healthcare

Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in people’s lives?

At Neo-Sim Healthcare, we put patients at the heart of everything we do — and as part of our team, you’ll not only deliver outstanding, person-centred care, but also become the trusted face of our organisation in the community.

This is your opportunity to reconnect with the reason you became a nurse: to provide holistic, one-to-one support that truly changes lives.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver gold-standard care in the comfort of each patient’s own home, supporting them on their journey to recovery and independence.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll:

  • Provide tailored, one-to-one nursing care in line with individual care plans.
  • Support early hospital discharge or help prevent unnecessary admissions through      effective home-based care.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients, their families, and wider support networks to enhance recovery outcomes and chronic conditions management.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation to support ongoing care management.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel within the region to visit patients in their homes.

What We Offer

At Neo-Sim Healthcare, we value our team and are committed to supporting your growth and wellbeing. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer:

  • 28 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Contribution-based pension scheme
  • Life insurance
  • Private medical insurance (after qualifying period)
  • ‘Refer a Friend’ bonus scheme
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Annual pay reviews

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Experience conducting holistic clinical assessments
  • (Desirable) Experience with IV device care and IV therapy administration
